Transfer to the airport for your flight to Arequipa, a city renowned for its delectable cuisine and its beautiful colonial architecture. Upon arrival at the airport, meet our representative for a transfer to your hotel.

In the afternoon, we will visit the famed "White City", one of the most important in Peru, surrounded by three volcanoes. Founded in 1540, the city has a historic downtown made out almost totally of sillar (a white volcanic stone), from where the city gets its name. The first stop, Church of the Society of Jesus, exemplifies the city’s distinctive architectural heritage. The church exterior is a masterpiece of Andean baroque details sculpted from white sillar stone, while the interior displays a collection of paintings and wood carvings from the Cusco School of Art. The highlight is San Ignacio Chapel, the former sacristy, with a stunning dome and walls covered in multicolored murals depicting rainforest flora and fauna — an artifact of the Jesuits’ missionary efforts in the Amazon. Your next stop is the Plaza de Armas, where the elegant stone-sculpted facade of the Basilica Cathedral steals the spotlight. You’ll continue to Santa Catalina Monastery, where the Spanish colony’s wealthiest nuns once resided within a convent big enough to have its own streets and plazas. The final stop on this tour will be a viewpoint (lookout point), either Yanahuara or Carmen Alto, where you will be able to get pictures of Misti Volcano looming over the city.

Transfer by car from Arequipa to the Colca Canyon where you’ll spend the night. Keep your eyes open and your camera ready because the drive is among the most spectacular in the Andes. From Arequipa, you’ll gradually ascend to the highland plains and enter the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, which includes the volcanoes Misti and Chachani within its borders as well as free-roaming herds of llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos. You’ll reach Patapampa Pass at 15,300 feet (4,820 meters) above sea level before beginning the descent into Colca Canyon with breathtaking views of agricultural terraces along the way. Stop in the small town of Chivay for lunch, then drive to La Calera, where you can soak in the natural hot springs or simply enjoy the beautiful terraced landscape that surrounds you.

Your day begins very early since you are going to the Cruz del Condor lookout, a site where you have spectacular views of one of the deepest canyons in the world. If the conditions are right, you might actually have the chance to take pictures of the majestic condor, world's largest and most powerful bird. Also depending on the program, you might stop at the town of Yanque, where you will experience some local folklore, and visit the villages of Pinchollo and Maca, whose local architecture decorate the Colca Valley.

This morning you will say goodbye to Colca and head to Titilaka Lodge, a boutique property secluded in a private peninsula. Surrounded by stunning scenery and astounding Andean geography, Titilaka’s contemporary design integrates with the natural environment. Eighteen fully serviced lake-view suites feature heated floors and spa bathrooms, with large oversized tubs and massage showers, plus an array of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. At proper time transfer to Juliaca’s airport for your next flight to Cusco. On the way to the airport you have the option to visit Sillustani or Lampa

Upon arrival to Cusco City, proceed to the hotel to have a welcome coca tea. This should help us to relieve altitude sickness. The remaining of the day is free to relax, and slowly acclimatize.

From Cusco, we will drive into the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a tranquil oasis of cultural, historical, and agriculture richness. This day we will visit the Ccaccaccollo Community to discover a women’s weaving cooperative where we will see and feed the Andean camelids, such as the llamas and alpacas, and where the women will show us all the stages of the traditional weaving process: hand- spinning the wool, dying the wool using natural dyes, and participating in a weaving demonstration. Ccaccaccollo is a community that still have their traditional and ancestors’ customs, with an original heritage and form where you could have an amazing view of the mountains. We will then continue to the Inca and Colonial Pisac to discover one of the most beautiful archeological sites in the Sacred Valley located at the top of the mountain where you can have an amazing view of the colonial town of Pisac. Then, we will have a walking tour to the Colonial town where we will enjoy a delicious lunch.
After visited Pisac, we will head to the impressive Inkariy Museum. Here we will take a guided tour of the museum to learn more about the numerous rooms where cultural representations of pre-Hispanic civilizations of ancient Peru are exhibited.

Our adventure continues exploring the less visited treasures of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will start in Moray where the view is awesome due to the colossal concentric terraces simulating an amphitheater. The purpose of it: to recreate 20 different types of microclimates, a measure that guaranteed the agricultural production of the empire. After that, we will go to Maras, the famous and millenary salt mines from colonial times. The contrast of the white wells and the green valley is awesome and a must for a spectacular snapshot of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will enjoy a delicious lunch and in the afternoon, we will visit the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, where we will be able to learn about the technique with which the Incas worked the stones.

Early transfer from your Hotel to the train station at Ollantaytambo. The train ride last two hours down the Urubamba gorge, and it changes from mountain vegetation to cloud forest. Arrival at the station of Machu Picchu Pueblo and a half an hour bus ride will bring you to the citadel for a guided visit which on average takes three hours as your official guide walks you through the different sector of the hill- top citadel, with astonishing views, telling you aspects of life here that will take you back in time. Lunch is included. In the afternoon return to Machupicchu Pueblo where you will check into your hotel and use the evening to rest and relax.

Rise bright and early this morning for a second tour in Machu Picchu with your guide. Your insightful private tour provides a complete overview of the world-renowned complex and UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You may choose from a number of short hikes like the Sun Gate or The Inka Bridge but the most popular (subject to permit availability) are to climbing to Huayna Picchu or hike to the Machupicchu Mountain.
Later this afternoon and after having lunch, you take the train back to Ollantaytambo, and are driven to Cusco, where you check into your hotel.

We will get away from the crowds to visit Sacsayhuaman, an impressive fortress full of colossal structures surrounded by beautiful landscapes in complete communion with nature. We will then continue to the Inca shrine of Qenqo, with its awesome altar for sacrifices embedded in the side of the rock.
Finally, we will reach the Puca Pucara watchtower and Tambomachay, a monument of noticeable architectural excellence, considered one of the pillars of the Andean view of the world.
After visited all this amazing and historical inca sites, we will return to the City and on the way we will stop at San Cristobal to enjoy a panoramic view of the city delighting us with a small toast and then we will enjoy a traditional and delicious lunch in one of the best restaurant of the City.

After having lunch, our city tour continues visit San Blas Neighborhood, a bohemian place where the most important and representative artisans and painters was born. From here, we will walk down along the Hatun Rumiyoc Street, finding midway the Inca Roca Palace, today the Archbishop’s Palace; and where we can appreciate the worldwide famous Twelve Angles Stone. Arriving to the Main Square, we will visit the Cathedral that houses invaluable colonial works of art and then we will have the opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful and impressive museums in Peru, The Inka Museum that has a complete collection of our heritage, culture and history.

After visit all these beautiful and impressive places, we will go to San Pedro Market, where we will be able to appreciate the local flavors and learn about the local produce in this market where you can find everything and is the main supply center of the city. Finally, we will then continue to the Koricancha Temple that will welcome us with its splendor. The Sun Temple is the meaning of its name in Quechua and we can still feel the sumptuousness of its walls that were once lined in gold sheets and where worship was offered to the Sun God, the most important deity of the Incas.

We will pick you up from your Hotel at 8:00 am to start visiting these incredible places in the southern
of Cusco.

TIPON: is said to be a royal garden commissioned by Wiracocha. It is one of the most elaborate examples of agricultural terracing created by the Incas. These tall terraces that run up the narrow valley, are irrigated by an aqueduct from Pachatusan, the mountain above the site. In addition to the terracing there are also, some other structures at Tipon, including baths, a temple complex, canals and aqueducts. Tipon is definitely one of the lesser visited sites in the Cusco area but it is equally as impressive as those in the Sacred Valley. Tipon Archeological Complex is located 24 km southeast of Cusco.

PIKILLAQTA: is the only pre-Inca site in the Cusco area. This adobe complex was built around 700 to 900 years AD by the Wari Culture. In the area, there is a small Inca site just a short walk from Pikillacta, known as Rumiqolca, a travel checkpoint for the Incas.

ANDAHUAYLILLAS: Here you find the "Sixtine Chapel of America", a church that is home to golden altars, paintings and many colored ceilings. The chapel is simple and unassuming on the outside, but on the inside, you will find masterpiece after masterpiece. In addition, some paintings from the famous “Escuela Cusqueña” can be appreciated.

On the return to Cusco, we will pass through Saylla Town, a typical town where people have the option to enjoy the delicious chicharron (fried pork), or a roasted Cuy (ginnea pig) - optional. We returned to Cusco at approximately 14:00 pm.
